Be Prepared for ICD-10 QMS will guide you every step of the way.

Fully Test ICD-10 Months before 2015 Deadline

The effective date for ICD-10 has been postponed a year to October 1st, 2015. QMS is still committed to help you with the transition from ICD-9 to ICD-10 and we will be fully prepared significantly ahead of the Go Live date. Clients will be able to test ICD-10 months before the deadline.

QMS Implementation

To ensure that QMS clients experience the least disruption possible, QMS is currently implementing a four phase plan to transition its clinical and billing software to ICD-10 in advance of the October 1st, 2015 target date. This implementation will occur in 4 phases:

Phase 1 Phase 2 Phase 3 Phase 4
Preparation: Foundation work will be completed and changes will be made in the setup screen of the software to prepare for the ICD-10 changes. Transition Part 1: Additional screen changes will be made to accommodate both ICD-9 and ICD-10 codes. Transition Part 2: Porting of existing data will begin and reports will be changed for ICD-10. Completion: This will be the final phase to transition your facility from ICD-9 to ICD-10 codes. Data porting will be completed.
